About the role:

We’re looking for Senior Technical Recruiters to help us creatively find, attract, engage, and hire the best talent for Render. In this role, you will develop hiring processes and best practices that advance the experiences of hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates alike. We're looking to onboard two stellar recruiters; one to focus on engineering hiring, and one to support product and design hiring (though we're a startup so it's safe to assume everyone will lend a hand across functions from time to time!).

We are considering candidates to work out of our San Francisco HQ.

As a Recruiter at Render, you will:

  • Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and develop recruiting strategies to effectively meet them. Including the launch of niche, first-in-role searches.
  • Source, manage, evaluate, and close a high-performing set of candidates for a variety of roles across our Engineering or Product and Design teams; advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion in this role is a must.
  • Work with the Recruiting team on a variety of projects that support the entire team's goals (e.g. internal trainings, employer brand work, sourcing strategies, events, metrics).
  • Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements, including building scalable and structured interview plans for all of our openings.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience scaling Engineering and/or Product and Design teams at fast-growing startups.
  • Independent, resourceful, and highly motivated Recruiter who loves what you do. You’re able to get into the details and deliver quality results on time.
  • Ability to influence hiring strategies through reporting and analyzing both internal and market recruiting data.
  • Clear communication. You are well-spoken on the phone and articulate over emails. You can effectively share Render's vision and values.
  • Structured, critical thinking, and impeccable organization and project management skills.
  • You are adaptable and collaborative — when goals change, you know when to take the lead and when to support the asks of your team.

Benefits:

  • Our openings span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $155,000 - $175,000 USD. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
  • The opportunity is also eligible for equity with early exercise options and extended exercise windows.
