Sr. Technical Recruiter

As Knotch’s Sr. Technical Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for candidates in the interview process. You will play a critical role in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates to join our team. As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will be managing the entire recruiting life-cycle and helping us build out our recruiting function! You will create the best slate of diverse engineering, product, customer success, sales and marketing candidates for Knotch.

As a Sr. Rechnical Recruiter, you will:

  • Become familiar with all things Knotch by receiving extensive training on what we do and how we do it.
  • Work closely with our hiring managers across engineering, product, revenue and marketing influencing strategy, outreach, screening and interviewing.
  • Schedule interviews with the hiring team and provide feedback along the way to candidates. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and department goals, establish talent acquisition strategies and enhance the recruitment and interview process , as necessary.
  • Become the subject matter expert on our sourcing tools and ATS, Lever.
  • Ensure that candidates have a top notch interview experience.
  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc.
  • Report to Senior Vice President of Legal and HR

You’ll be successful here if you bring:

  • At least 7 years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience with a high growth tech company.
  • Drive and passion for finding, engaging, and attracting top talent through various channels.
  • Ability to recruit in a high volume, fast paced environment, including managing 15-20 requisitions at any time.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions with an ability to prioritize top business needs.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing trends and interest in customer experience, technology, and innovation.
  • Strong organizational skills, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong internet recruiting, social networking and technology/database searching/mining skills.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Lever or Greenhouse.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity.
  • Technical acumen- must have the ability to understand complex roles.
  • Passion around Diversity & Inclusion.

We also appreciate (but don’t require):

  • A background in a marketing/advertising technology or an advertising agency environment (this experience is helpful because you’d have the exposure to similar work, terminology, contacts, and material that we encounter here at Knotch).
