AptAmigo is currently in a phase of rapid growth and is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to help accelerate our expansion in existing and new markets.
Brief Overview:
AptAmigo is looking for a hungry sales leader to help find people looking to start and build a career in real estate. This position is an outbound outreach and phone-heavy role with immediate management responsibility that reports directly to AptAmigo's Chief Revenue Officer.

Total earnings potential for this role is $175,000-$300,000
This is what you will do:
• Help oversee the Sales Recruiting Team on inbound and outbound candidate outreach, qualification, and follow up• Storytelling: become intimately familiar with the AptAmigo story and its impact on our teammates across all functional areas• Spend the majority of your time sourcing and closing high-quality sales candidates• Leverage multiple inbound and outbound sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, WayUp, BuiltIn) to build pipeline• Communicate and incorporate feedback into our recruiting process from the Sales Onboarding, Education, and Management teams• Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience by maintaining frequent communication, providing feedback/updates, and assisting with scheduling as needed• This role reports to AptAmigo's Chief Revenue Officer and will also work closely with the Company's COO and CEOWhat We're Looking For:
