The Role:
We are adding a Senior Recruiter to our growing U.S. Corporate team! You will partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand our business and the talent needed, while keeping a focus on candidate inclusion, efficient processes, and building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice. Our team leads Recruiting for the following Corporate Functions: Analytics, Compliance, Corporate Development, Customer Success (HQ), Finance, Fraud, Legal, Marketing, Passbook, People, Products, and Treasury. You will report to the Senior Manager, Recruiting.
You Will:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of teams
- Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact to hand-off to HR
- Demonstrate your passion for sourcing
- Share your craft by teaching our Hiring Managers
- Lean into all aspects of our Recruiting Scorecard
Who You Are:
- You love your craft and have a passion for serving our immigrant customers

- Use lessons learned having been in high-growth environments before
- You value the "what" and "how" equally
- Outside-in perspective to stay informed about market trends while building engagement
- Typically you have 8+ years of recruiting experience
