Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition
Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Partnering with Global Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Operations Teams, you will enable operational efficiency in headcount planning and management. You will also help craft and deliver TA programs, supporting initiatives like Diversity & Inclusion and the Future of Distributed Work - all with a business-first lens!
In this role, you will get to:
- Reinvent and operationalize headcount planning and tracking, partnering closely with our operations team to enable scale

- Bring together cross-functional groups from HR to Finance to TA to deliver meaningful programs, and impact lasting change
- Use data to uncover blockers within TA, and work with an experienced, high-performing recruiting team to enhance TA capacity and delivery
- Drive global programs of varying scope across Atlassian, in partnership with Senior TA Leadership & the TA Programs team
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- A strong track-record and multiple years' experience delivering strategic Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, People, or other similar programs in a program management role
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to tell a cohesive, concise, and compelling story in written and verbal form, using data where appropriate
