The Role:
The role is a strategic partner to the Customer Experience Org and will drive the development of our people strategy that is aligned with the organizational and people needs of the business across the CX org globally. The HR leader oversees all aspects of HR leadership for the Customer Experience Org functions globally.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in a Senior HR role, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Prior experience of working in and managing global teams
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment is preferred - leading growth or large-scale change management
- Strong personal credibility with ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
- Ability to engage specialists in core HR disciplines
- Excellent consulting skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders to drive to results within a matrixed and global organization
- Highly collaborative, with ability to partner with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred.
