Job Title: Senior Business Recruiter
The role:
SoFi is seeking a Sr. Business Recruiter to partner with the G&A teams and the Group Business Unit Leaders as they build out their fast-growing teams. G&A at SoFi includes Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Capital Markets, Business Operations, Compliance, Legal and Human Resources. The Group Business Unit Leaders are the Executive VP’s for our 3 distinct lines of business: Lending, MIC (Money, Invest and Credit Card) and ECI (Enterprise, Content and Insights).
This is a key role on our Recruiting team, reporting directly to the manager of Business Recruiting.
What you’ll do:
- Embrace SoFi's values in hiring the best in industry talent as you partner closely with the leaders of each line of business to provide end-to-end recruiting partnership and market insights
- Own and drive requisition load of 15+/-
- Partner closely with business leaders and recruiting leadership in implementing DEI strategy and plans for your businesses
- Drive the intake discussion, recruiting strategy, sourcing and the interview process beginning to end including the offer recommendation and strategic negotiations
- Act in unison with cross-funtional team members such as the People Business Partners, Finance, and Compensation Partners
- Embrace your innovative side as you review our workflow and suggest areas for process improvement
- Drive the offer exception process as needed for your roles
- Partner with a newly created sourcing team
- Partner with the Recruiting Coordination team
What you’ll need:
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment within a software or technology company
- Experience as a talent advisor and strategic partner to hiring authorities at various levels
- Ability to cover and adapt to many different stakeholders and lines of business.
- Understanding of formulating offers with various components and making recommendations based on data
- Ability to use data to drive decision making
- Experience focusing on sourcing and moving talent through the hiring process with a diversity, equity and inclusion lens
Nice to have:
- Specific experience with Greenhouse and advanced Greenhouse reporting
