Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist 


We are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent and passionate person to join our Talent Acquisition Team here at Cisco Meraki. Our team is dedicated to creating an effective employee experience from recruitment through on-boarding; creating an efficient end-to-end talent operation. This person will partner closely with Cisco Meraki Customer Support and Sales Recruiting Teams.In this role you will conduct phone screens and source for our high volume roles: Network Support Engineer.


In this role you will:

  1. Candidate generation - primarily through direct sourcing and research to attract both passive and active candidates
  2. Working directly with Recruiters on the Support team to gain a full understanding of the role screening for
  3. Attend intake meetings with Recruiters and hiring managers
  4. Use screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
  5. Act as a brand ambassador to engage passive candidates and develop and retain interest 
  6. Source, screen and submit candidate for the next round of interviews
  7. Keep ATS accurate and updated as required
  8. Screening approximately 30 to 40 screens a week and adding up to 5 new qualified candidates through your sourcing efforts a month
  9. May assist or coordinate virtual or in person recruiting events to support increasing candidate pipeline

Qualifications

  • 1 years demonstrated experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in office environment preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge in understanding recruitment processes
  • Understanding of a great candidate experience
  • Great communications skills
  • Ability to sell
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail
