Lev is looking for an outstandingly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing People team and ensure every candidate has a best-in-class interview experience. This is a high-impact role that will support our small but mighty recruiting team. We encourage interested candidates to apply, regardless of previous experience supporting a recruiting team or working at a startup. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and embodies the hospitality mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates
• Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process
• Schedule virtual and on-site interviews and prep calls for all open roles through Lever
• Operationalize recruiting and interview processes to ensure smooth processes for all candidates

What You Bring

• A hospitality mindset
• Bachelor's degree in any field of study
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 1+ year of experience in a support role strongly preferred
• Next-level organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience in a rapidly-scaling environment preferred, but not required
