Sales & Operations Recruiter
Position Summary
We are building our first Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals and build cross-functional relationships with the business leaders at Moov. You will be responsible for filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates that will propel Moov Technology forward. The Sales & Operations Recruiter will partner directly with the Head of Talent and Sales and Operations teams to bring in the right profiles at the right time.

Core Functions
- Own the Full-cycle recruiting process for the roles you are assigned
- Source top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience through pipeline management and engaging with candidates through each stage of the process.
- Work cross-functionally with the hiring teams to determine the profile needed and define our market outreach strategy through talent data analytics
- Update ATS and all internal partners on candidate statuses
- Post and monitor job postings
- Screen candidates and coordinate the interview process with hiring teams
- Develop sourcing strategy by innovative outreach campaigns looking for process efficiencies
- Close candidates in the final stages of the recruiting process
- Work directly with other members of the recruiting team
You Should Apply If
- You have 5+ years of experience in recruiting
- You have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” startup mentality
- You have the ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
- You have a proven ability to drive business results without significant supervision.
- You have the willingness to learn, low ego, and proactively take ownership of responsibilities
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must Haves
- Experience working within an ATS
- Experience working with 3rd party job posting platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Zip recruiter, etc.
- Experience in Boolean Search
- Track record of positive candidate experience
- Proven screening experience
- The ability to think outside the box and leverage underutilized resources
Nice to Have
- Experience with Greenhouse
- Experience in a startup environment
- Experience managing 10-25 requisitions at a time
