The Opportunity
We want you, as our Program Specialist to attract, champion, and drive engagement with talent from a wide variety of diversity-focused organizations and build long-lasting partnerships and alliances with them to our brand and core values. The role is responsible for engaging in diverse talent from communities that are underserved and underrepresented. The Diversity Program Specialist will work closely with our Experienced talent teams craft, manage, track and measure d&i initiatives and hiring progress at a national level while ensuring alignment with our strategy and goals specifically targeted to promote inclusion and foster belonging. In addition, you will collaborate with our Talent Marketing Team to collect key insights for the purpose of effective program management, performance tracking/reporting and report findings and data to key partners. You will also explore and identify different platforms, new technology and partnerships to advance our overall university focused diversity recruiting efforts. As an Program Specialist, you will build a strategic sourcing approach to ensure the underrepresented are at the top of the funnel for all opportunities and accelerate the ability to hire diverse talent.
What you'll Do

  • Develop and cultivate engagement with diverse talent
  • Foster relations with targeted student groups at these universities for hiring purposes
  • Advocate and promote Adobe as the employer of choice to underrepresented talent at external partnerships and events
  • Work to collect market insights in order to make effective recommendations on sourcing strategies
  • Assess talent needs early per business unit; strategically develop new initiatives as needed to increase diverse talent pipeline and hires, and continually evaluate efficiency of current programs.
  • Provide quarterly hiring updates in partnership with Global Talent Partners
  • Stay up-to-date on diversity trends and determine solutions to achieve talent and organizational efficiency while educating and enabling Talent Partners to action on these takeaways
  • Travel up to 30% may be required (travel restriction currently in place due to COVID-19)


What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Partnership experience working with underrepresented communities is strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently
  • 3 + years sourcing experience and developing sourcing strategies to identify a diverse pool of candidates
  • Experience using office tools: SharePoint and Excel (required)
  • Adept proficiency in use of a CRM (for example Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) and Linkedln Recruiter, etc.
  • Preferred but not required: Experience using Adobe Spark, Splashthat, and Slack
  • Experience in program development/management
  • Ability to make informed recommendations based on data in an ambiguous environment
  • Effective and persuasive communication abilities (both written and verbal)
  • Innovative, creative, and persistent
  • Relentless pursuit of progression and advancement of key goals and priorities
