- Provide coaching for senior leaders to help them overcome people challenges and achieve business impact.
- Anticipate changes in the pipeline where possible to design for a future proof workforce and org structure.
- Form strong collaborative partnership with the rest of HRBP team and COEs to understand the deliverables of each of them and impact to the group (Engineering) that you support.
- Be the representative of HR delivery to the leadership team including synthesizing the programs that are being delivered in a simplified manner for easy consumption by the 'end users'.
- Be the voice of strategic business needs to help shape COE roadmaps and change readiness for new or existing programs.
- Measure and report out regular metrics on the aligned workforce.
Professional Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.

- Ability to pivot quickly to changing priorities and communicate change in an organized and effective way.
- Strong understanding of key people processes eg. talent management philosophies, compensation programs and various components of pay (base salary, bonus programs, equity programs, etc).

- Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility and character.
- Strong work ethic and passion around the People and Talent function.
