WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
The mission of the Global Go to Market (GTM) Enablement team is to ensure Box's customer-facing roles have the knowledge and training they need to be successful. That means ensuring our new hires, and internal hires, across the GTM organizations have a best in class onboarding experience, ongoing product knowledge and skill building programs, and the tools, process, and materials required to execute in their roles. This role is critical in ensuring a successful and consistent journey for the roles we support, with a specific focus on BoxCamp and onboarding programs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and facilitate week 1 global onboarding (BoxCamp) for all customer-facing roles (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, Marketing, etc)
- Assess needs of all roles that attend BoxCamp to ensure attendees are getting the knowledge they need to start strong in their related functions
- Partnering with stakeholders within GTM Enablement team and stakeholders to ensure continued enablement and transitions post-BoxCamp
- Manage all set-up, booking, communication and facilitation of BoxCamp for attendees, presenters and extended team
- Own the onboarding components of our LMS system (eg., measuring completion metrics of new hires, ensure all content is the latest and greatest)
- Measure success and impact of onboarding programs and identify ways to increase productivity and reduce ramp time
- Establish relationships with cross-functional leaders for ongoing feedback for onboarding programs
- Continue to operationalize and improve BoxCamp, and create a productive and engaging learning experience
- Become a subject matter expert in key tools for GTM roles to help facilitate enablement sessions
- Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities beyond BoxCamp, including internal mobility programs, role-specific bootcamps, and skills training
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience as part of or supporting an on-boarding or training program
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven track record of being highly motivated and self-directed
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project priorities and timelines to achieve results
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic shifting environment
