Our Talent Attraction team is looking for a highly-motivated Full Cycle Recruiter to help build a world class team that is reimagining the Directory space. You’ll be working with a wide range of executives and people leaders across the organization to determine hiring needs and foster a referral-friendly environment. We are kicking off a major round of hiring across the U.S. and would like to upgrade our team with a self-driven recruiter who manages change smoothly, while maintaining a great attitude.
Responsibilities
- To source, review, engage and screen sales, marketing, customer success, finance and operations candidates for our rapidly growing organization
- Drive candidates through the recruiting cycle, keeping our ATS up to date at all times
- Engage with Hiring Managers on hiring needs while maintaining full responsibility for assigned roles
- Create and manage job postings and offer approvals
- Create an exceptional candidate experience for all potential JumpCloudians
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Ability to manage change effectively and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work on a variety of roles (marketing, sales, finance etc) roles simultaneously
- Agency experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $75,000-$100,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings plan. We have an unlimited vacation policy.
Where you’ll be working
All our roles are remote in the U.S. unless otherwise specified. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote (in the U.S.), work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
