As Employee Engagement Manager, you are in charge of keeping our global team’s engagement at record-high levels. You keep your ear to the ground and - as expected in our data-driven culture - you organize and monitor our pulse and engagement data to turn it into action, prodding and supporting individual teams as needed. You organize our scheduled and unscheduled internal communications as well as employee events to create an engaging experience for our remote-first global team. 


You will operate in the United States, Eastern Time Zone - GMT or CET in Europe are also an option - and report to the Chief People and Culture Officer. You will be expected to travel, circumstances permitting.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Meet the team
  • Learn how to work in Convexity
  • Lead your first employee all-hands
  • Drive your first global employee experience initiative (remote)

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Plan our all-hands calendar for the next 6-12 months and take full ownership
  • Run your first engagement survey and create an action plan
  • Drive your first local employee experience initiative (in-person)
  • Define your roadmap and OKRs and what you want as a budget

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Identify and promote (a) unique ritual(s) to increase 360Learners’ sense of belonging
  • Drive your first regional or global employee experience initiative (in-person)
  • Roll-out a steady stream of experiences - and surprises - to our teams

Within 12 months, you will:

  • Routinely monitor and report on the employee engagement and action plans
  • Review your past year and shake things up to keep everyone on their toes!
  • Please note: once strategy has been deemed successful - creation of your team and expansion may commence

The Skill Set

  • 5+ years in Internal Communications and/or Events management and/or HR, with an in-house experience mandatory
  • Structured and organized with strong project management
  • Hands-on, with a roll up your sleeves mentality
  • Results orientated with a data-driven approach, maybe even a little geeky
  • Passion for diversity and transparency

  • Willing to travel
