Early Career Recruiting Sourcer (Recruiter) & Internship Program Specialist
Overview
The Early in Career Recruiting team has an opening for a recruiting Sourcer & Program Specialist to join our fast-paced team passionate about hiring and program managing emerging talent globally! In this dual role, individuals will have extensive interaction with business leaders and future Merakians. The individual will spend roughly half their time building diverse talent pipelines and the other half developing our university & early career talent to grow with Meraki!
Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with Emerging Talent Program Manager to develop, coordinate and execute strategy for our early & emerging talent programs (e.g. internship, rotational programs, etc).
- Handle intern program calendar of events by securing speakers, working with vendors for virtual event strategy, performance management, and handling intern inquiries.
- Lead specific recruiting events by coordinating logistics and securing resources, interviews and evaluate, and conduct post event analysis.
- Handle direct diversity sourcing efforts by campaigning and contacting potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, WayUp/Yello, and Handshake.
Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with at least one year of sourcing
- 1+ year of Internship, or other related early in career, program management experience
- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives and strategies
- Prior experience with participating in large scale national recruiting events
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to interact with all team members and candidates with professionalism and tact; articulates ideas clearly and succinctly and deploys influence when necessary.
