We’re looking for a motivated and industrious Sourcer to help grow our world-class Design team. In this role you’ll use your sourcing skills to develop a diverse candidate pool of passive talent to improve both hiring speed and quality. You will partner with our design recruiters to create innovative hiring strategies that will help scale our Product Design team.
In this role you will:
- Develop an understanding of Opendoor's products, technology, market position, and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive design talent
- Work with the Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Source using wide variety of tools: LinkedIn, Gem, social media, internet job boards, university alumni resources and other creative search techniques
- Provide a steady stream of qualified design candidates.
- Create and compose compelling outreach messaging.
- Conduct phone interviews.
- Track and maintain a real time record of candidate pipelines for each role.
- Provide regular reports on top-of-the-funnel metrics.
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of design sourcing experience
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and undeniably resourceful -- you are constantly looking for opportunities to improve your craft and are receptive to feedback, and get excited about solving problems.
- A strong networker - able to build rapport and long term relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Experience implementing creative sourcing methods through multiple channels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
