Role overview
At InStride, we take recruitment seriously! We want our candidates to have the best experience, and this role is instrumental in supporting InStride's recruitment practices and culture. This role will source and place candidates who are genuinely passionate about both joining InStride and building an organization that impacts tens of thousands of lives globally through providing access to quality education.
As a Recruiter, your day-to-day duties will include building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines across our aggressive hiring roadmap, using a variety of resources. As a full-cycle Recruiter for our positions, you will be responsible for candidate management and operational improvements. We're looking for someone who appreciates the art of finding great talent, loves growing an organization, and is energized by building a team of tenacious, A-grade volunteers. Responsibilities
- Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for a rapidly growing business
- Source, evaluate, network with, and hire world-class talent with a passion for our mission
- Be a great first impression of InStride for candidates, and act as their main point of contact through our recruitment process
- Become a trusted recruitment advisor for our hiring teams to collaborate and drive alignment against our hiring roadmap
- Regularly report on progress, flag hot spots, and brainstorm solutions with the team
- Maintain recruiting data integrity by keeping our ATS up to date with current activity
- Establish consistency in the total interview structure and process
- Coach interviewers, including how we use our ATS, how they should go about evaluate candidates, and on what criteria
- Recommend and assist in the implementation of new Recruiting initiatives
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth Tech or SaaS organizations
- Bachelor's degree required, with a degree in Communications or Social Sciences preferred
- Proven success in finding, engaging, and hiring top talent through innovative sourcing strategies
- Experience with multiple sourcing technologies and tools
- High aptitude for coaching, mentoring, and developing hiring teams
- High energy, proactive mentality with a constant bias to action
- Consistently demonstrates high levels of both empathy and emotional intelligence
- Passionate about our company’s mission and building a world-class team that helps achieve that mission
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a natural service orientation and friendly, positive demeanor
- Extremely well organized with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
