Associate Director Talent Experience
Our Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Director of Talent Experience who will own a portfolio of highly impactful enterprise-wide talent management initiatives, that enable our leaders to continuously drive higher levels of engagement and performance through an integrated set of strategic talent practices – this portfolio will evolve over time.
What You'll Do:
- Conceptualize the objectives for employee experience initiatives based on external insights and internal feedback from key stakeholders (senior leaders, team members, and HR partners)
- Design the strategic approach to an Chewy Employee Value Proposition (EVP), lead project implementation from start to finish and ensure initiatives are delivering exceptional results to the business
- Bring EVP to life throughout all the Moments that Matter across the employee lifecycle and design proposals that allow for said programs to be implemented with a global approach, included but not limited to Life@Chewy, Chewy Champions as well as Team Member life and accomplishment milestones
- Operationalize the process of WOWing Team Members with support from the Customer Service WOW team, to drive engagement and community
- Run the relevant programs or processes after implementation to a stable level of maturity.
- Define ways to measure the success of the initiatives that demonstrably improve Chewy’s abilities to attract, engage, retain, and develop high-performing talent
- Work cross functionally to ensure that TX team outputs are properly marketed and branded both internally and externally.
- Be a true culture champion—continuously assess how best to incorporate Chewy’s Operating Principles into everyday practices and business activities
- Perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned, at times with minimal notice.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in the talent space
- Track record of owning the execution post-transformation to deliver sustained results
- Specific experience in strategically oriented HR or Talent Management roles a plus
- Change management experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; concentration in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Team Effectiveness or Continuous Improvement highly preferred
- Experience with process improvement
- Experience in event planning or coordination
- Budget management
- Position will require limited travel.
- Position can be performed remote.
