[What the role is]
This internship offers hands-on exposure to how data analytics, automation, and AI are being applied to modernise business functions across the organisation. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real projects that improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and the overall employee and customer experience.[What you will be working on]
Map and analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, or digitalisation
Build tools and/or dashboards that give teams better visibility into operational data and performance metrics
Support the design and testing of digital solutions that improve service delivery, such as workflow automation or self-service tools
Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions such as HR, Finance, Operations, or Communications to understand their pain points and translate them into workable technical solutions
[What we are looking for]
Areas of studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, with an interest in applying technology to solve real organisational challenges.
Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, or Power Automate is useful.
You should be comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams, and able to take a problem from scoping through to a working solution.
Skills Required
- Enrollment or studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
