The HR Intern will provide support in various Human Resources processes, with a special focus on recruitment and selection, onboarding, employer branding initiatives, and administrative tasks related to talent attraction and retention.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as managing content on job platforms, coordinating with universities, and participating in career fairs.

  • Collaborate on special HR projects, such as employee engagement, training, organizational culture, and wellness programs.

  • Support the recruitment and selection process for junior positions, including job postings, phone screenings, initial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.

Requirements:

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.

Status: Active student with at least 1 year left before graduation.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Office and Excel)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews
  • Organization, teamwork, follow-through and proactive skills
