Department OverviewThe Human Resources department in Poland is a part of the HR organization in Motorola Solutions.
We are responsible for enabling internal talent to grow and develop their skills to grow and develop the Company and support its strategy.
Our scope includes Talent Development, Employee Experience, Rewards, Culture, Inclusion, and Diversity.
Job Description

As part of the position HR Trainee, you will be primarily responsible for organizing personal documents. Specifically: getting familiar with the organization of the work of the HR department getting familiar with the structure of personnel files creating and updating personnel files and employee documentation retention of documentations work with HR systems

Please note that the scope of duties is associated with 100% presence at the office.

Basic Requirements

• Available full-time for 15 months
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Great attention to quality of work
• Excellent organization of work
• Interest in the area of Human Resources Administration
• Ability to navigate between various sources of available information
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Gsuite
• Good knowledge of English
• Flexibility and openness
