HR Technology Specialist

Service Delivery:

• Support the Service Delivery Digital Leader and contribute to provide input into new processes, procedures, and training that will shape the way the teams operate in terms of Service Delivery now and in the future.

• Deliver system enhancements to improve the efficiency, user experience, and adoption of the current tools as well as the implementation of new functionalities.

• Implement configurations in Workday related to evolution requests.

• Contribute to the maintenance and release process in the area of responsibility (including training material and maintenance documentation).

• Contribute to data integrity and consistency in coordination with the VES & TAC teams and the Regional Digital Leaders.

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the quality of the outputs through the payroll interfaces.

• Act as the support level 3 for problem-solving related to Service Delivery in coordination with technical support.

• Develop and optimize reporting and data analysis capabilities, delivering dashboards and reports as per business requirements and in line with the data strategy.
   

Document Generation:

• Define and implement a Document Generation roadmap to leverage efficiency through digitalization of documents in administrative activities (contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.).

• Configure document templates and associated processes in Workday.

• Deploy country key users for Document Generation and support them for document template maintenance.

• Deliver system enhancements to improve efficiency, user experience, and adoption.
