HR Technology Manager, Strategy
The Strategy Manager, HR Technology is a strategic innovator and technology enthusiast who is passionate about leveraging tech solutions to solve complex HR challenges and drive organizational success. This pivotal role not only requires a deep understanding of the current HR practices but also a visionary outlook to anticipate and shape the technological advances needed to meet and exceed the needs of the business. In this role, you will partner with our current vendors to influence and shape technologies for the future, identify and share new vendors and opportunities in the HR space, and bring advancing technologies to improve ways of working across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define a clear vision for the HR technology landscape that supports the organization's objectives
- Stay informed of the latest trends in HR technology, including software developments, digital tools, and innovative practices.
- Evaluate potential technology solutions to determine viability and alignment to business needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with HR tech vendors, and ensure vendors meet their commitments
- Collaborate with HR leadership and other key stakeholders to align technology strategies with HR policies and practices
- Lead the RFI/RFP process in collaboration with Supply Chain Management (SCM), ensuring a comprehensive and efficient vendor selection process.
- Maintain day to day vendor relationships and prioritization of different research projects
- Research and remain current on HR Tech trends, hype-cycles, and industry best practices, providing insights for informed decision-making across groups
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field; OR a master's degree and 4 years' experience; OR a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; OR 10 years' experience in a related field
- 2 years' of experience with HRTS systems and applications like Workday, UKG WFM Pro, SumTotal, Beamery, Peoplefluent, etc.
- Proven experience in HR Technology management or a related role
- Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and vendor management
- In-depth knowledge of HR Tech trends and industry best practices
USD 88,300.00 - 147,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
