Job Description

The HR Technology Analyst will provide technical support for the HR, Payroll and Timekeeping systems that support our 22,000 employees in five Business Units across 4 countries. Continuously enhance HR technology to deliver an exceptional employee experience while supporting our HR partners and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations related to Dayforce WFM processes, including configuring and testing new requirements
  • Provide support by troubleshooting issues, managing support requests, and ensuring timely resolution for users
  • Maintain HR data integrity by auditing records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting ongoing employee data changes
  • Partner with HR partners to identify and deliver optimization opportunities
  • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leaders
  • Partner with stakeholders to test, validate, and document system updates and enhancements
  • Manage HR Data imports
  • Provide coaching on HCM processes and best practices
  • Perform other HRIS-related duties as assigned, including process improvement, system optimization, and special projects

Qualifications

 

  • Strong working knowledge and technical expertise with HRIS; experience with Dayforce HCM strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, including root cause analysis of data and system issues.
  • Experience working within a case management platform
  • Ability to work inclusively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Process oriented with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort in an unstructured environment, ability to quickly adapt
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize system use

Additional Information

The United States base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $90,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
