About You
We're seeking a HR Technology Systems Support Coordinator with interest in HR systems integration,  process automation and AI Development to join our HR Technology team.

In this role, you’ll help support, maintain, and enhance a suite of enterprise applications including Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, CompLogix, and other people-focused systems. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, integrations, and analytics that improve how our teams deliver services across the organization.

Please note: this is a one-year contract 

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Have an Impact

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for HR systems, including Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, and CompLogix;
  • In collaboration with the Senior HR Technology Specialist, configure, maintain, and optimize HR technology platforms to ensure system reliability and efficiency.";
  • Assist with system integrations, data interfaces, and automation projects to improve process flow between HR and other business systems;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition) to understand system needs, resolve issues, and implement enhancements;
  • Support reporting and analytics efforts, creating dashboards and insights using tools like Workday, Domo, or Excel;
  • Contribute to testing, documentation, and deployment of new features, updates, and integrations;
  • Develop and maintain AI Agents and chatbots to provide automated tier-1 support and improve the employee and manager experience;
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across systems through audits and monitoring;
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and AI applications that enhance system performance and user experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field (other degrees with strong tech interest welcome);
  • 0–2 years of experience in systems support, systems analysis, or HR tech-related roles (internships count!);
  • Interest in enterprise systems and SaaS platforms; experience with Workday, ADP, or similar tools is an asset;
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Workday Report Writer);
  • Experience building chatbots, AI applications, or automation tools through school projects, hackathons, or personal projects (using any platform - ChatGPT, Claude, Dialogflow, etc.);
  • Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and process improvement in enterprise environments;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, or data flows is a plus;
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
