Simple Technology Solutions is looking for an HR Technical Analyst to add to our team.

Quick Position Overview:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident Alien 
  • TSA Security Clearance Required
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Minimum of 5 years' position related experience is required

The Role:

We are looking for a has a HR Technical Analyst to support multiple Agile teams to support Agile design, development, and sustainment of human capital systems for our Federal Government customer. This project covers the implementation and support for our customer's human capital systems. A passion for performance, strong desire for quality conformance, and attention to detail are prerequisites for this position.

The HR Technical Analyst at STS will:

  • As an HR Technical Analyst, you will support development, configuration, and integration of new solution modules, in addition to operations and maintenance of existing technical components in the TSA HR technology stack.

  • Activities include designing, developing and configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates.

  • You will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in agile team setup and will collaborate with functional analysts and client users.

    Primary Job Duties:

    • Development and configuration – 60%
    • Troubleshooting issues – 20%
    • Testing support and execution – 10%
    • Design and Documentation – 10%

Education and Experience:

Required

Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts.  Working under only general direction, provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.  Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Minimum 5 years’ experience + bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years’ experience; 6 years’ experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience.

  • Experience in large and complex IT projects, preferably in the Human Capital space – 5+ years
  • Experience with full stack development, including developing and configuring AWS services like Glue and Lambda – 5+ years
  • Experience with integration development, including creating REST/SOAP services and working with ETL tools. – 5+ years
  • Agile certification
  • Experience developing and executing unit test scripts, troubleshooting issues, supporting user acceptance testing, and creating technical designs – 5+ years
  • Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with human capital systems, especially in support of Federal cusotmers
  • Experience working with SAFe
  • Experience in any of the following technologies: Drupal, Drools, PowerBI, RPA tools
