The HR Tech Analyst will act as a technical analyst for Workday HCM, managing configurations, integrations, data analysis, and providing support to HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical analyst and subject matter expert for Workday HCM, including modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, Benefits, and/or Payroll (based on scope).
  • Design, configure, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes, condition rules, security roles, and calculated fields.
  • Develop, support, and troubleshoot Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Support Workday releases and system upgrades, including unit testing, UAT, and deployment.
  • Analyze HR data and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics, or related tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues; manage tickets and provide end-user support and training.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and Workday AMS partners as needed.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and process flows.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI-enabled solutions, process improvement, and optimization across HR technology.
  • Support global HR operations and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
  • Experience with Workday configuration, business process frameworks, and security.
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
