Job description / Primary ResponsibilityTalent Management Strategy
Develop and drive a comprehensive strategy and framework for talent management, talent development, talent reviews, talent pipeline and succession planning
Initiate, nurture, and leverage strong relationships with business leaders to understand the short and long term needs of the business and their priority on matters related to talent management
Process optimization and enabling automation / digitalization of Talent Management process to ensure real time data based decision makingTransformations and Change Management Strategy
Drive people related Transformation program using Enterprise Agile methodologies, involving cross functional teams and stakeholders
Design overall Change Management Strategy for Project/s supporting at BU / Enterprise level/s.
Assess Change impact and manage anticipated resistance from stakeholders
Identify, Analyze and Prepare mitigation tacticsOrganizing, Planning and Implementation
Create Project Plan integrated with Change Management plan, including stakeholders - timelines - impacted groups / personas
Chart out Sponsor roadmap, coaching, training plan and resistance management plan/s
Evaluate and measure user readiness and track and report issues with plausible solutions
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change processCommunication / Orientation
Design and implement Communication charter for Talent Management and People Transformation topics
Engage with stakeholders during design and deployment
Engage Senior Leadership (CXO - BU Directors) as relevant
Coordinate with HR BPs to ensure seamless deployment across businesses
Coach Managers and Supervisors and coordinate actions with Project SME experts as relevant to topic/s

Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programs
Ability to conduct secondary research and benchmarking
Experience of designing / managing Assessment/ Development centers
Deep analytics skills and ability to comfortable work with large data sets to synthesize and derive meaningful insights
Experience of working with Knowledge partners and drive accountability and deliverables
Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Relationship and Stakeholder Management, (e.g. persuading and influencing skills)
Qualifications
Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) with specialization in HR from Premier Institutes
Additional Information
12 - 15 years of deep HR professional know-how and overall experience, with at least 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Transformations & Change Management - Experience of working in a Technology / Product, GCC / - - Engineering / IT-ITeS
