The People Services department in Telenor Shared Services is aiming to make the employee experience as smooth as possible using various HR systems. For this purpose, we are now looking for an HR Systems Specialist who will help us see the needs of the HR teams and translate this to our development team. You will be our HR Systems hero, working with continuous improvement where the main goal is streamlining HR-processes by making Telenor’s employees “self-served”.
Some of your main tasks:
- You will play a key part in automating and improving our HR processes.
- Investigate how AI can contribute to better and improved processes.
- You will contribute with HR competence and work together with our development team to improve the functions in the portal.
- Support the HR organization by providing expert guidance on system functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports on key metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Collect, structure, and analyze data from HR systems.
Who are we looking for?
- You have functional HR competence and knowledge related to Norwegian and/or Nordic HR policies and regulations.
- You are experienced with the platforms Service Now and Oracle, SAP is an advantage.
- You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- You have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy finding new and creative solutions to challenges.
- You are always looking to improve and make better solutions to benefit all employees.
- Experience and/or interest in AI is an advantage.
- Fluent, written and spoken, in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
