This role partners closely with HR functional owners, IT, vendors, and technical consultants to drive cross-functional alignment, maintain data quality and governance standards, and deliver integration projects on time. The position sits within the Work Forces Systems & Analytics (WFSA) department and requires the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and data handling due to access to sensitive associate and PII data.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems, Software/Computer Engineering or similar
- Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 5+ years experience in technology deployments and integration/project management (HR systems preferred)
- 3+ years proven Technical Project Management experience involving integration, application development, or infrastructure implementations
- Proficient technical writing skills (FDDs, BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, user stories)
- Experience evaluating and documenting integration architecture, data flows, and interface specifications
- Experience identifying, validating, and governing data requirements; contributing to enterprise data catalogs
- Project management skills: managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional deliverables
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or other HR technology platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential PII with discretion; pass background check and drug screening
