Job Description
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Bilingual HR Support Representative proficient in French and English to ensure seamless HR support for our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
📞 Receive and log HR inquiries promptly via phone and email.
🎫 Resolve queries through efficient ticketing systems.
📋 Address employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and more.
🎯 Maintain high-quality service levels and adhere to processes.
🔒 Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
