- Support administrative follow-ups for new hire documentation and employee record updates.
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure data accuracy within Workday and ServiceNow.
- Provide initial point-of-contact support via chat, email, and phone with a high degree of care and professionalism.
- Contribute effectively to ensure an integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of the hiring process, onboarding, transfers, terminations, and the credentialing process.
- Assist the HR Service Desk as next-level support for escalations, nurturing internal relationships.
- Additional collaborative duties outside of Workday and ServiceNow, to be identified.
- Process Optimization & CIs: Collaborate with Continuous Improvement projects to make processes under scope more efficient and supportive.
