We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Belišće and contribute to the effective management of our human resources functions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, or Human Resources
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and support the relevant department
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Valid driver’s license and active driving ability
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and update documentation related to labor and employment relations
- Draft employment contracts, contract amendments, vacation documents, termination documents, and other necessary HR-related documentation
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process
- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training programs
- Manage HR operational software and regularly update central (group) application software. Contribute to the preparation of the annual HR budget
- Participate in various HR projects
- Actively work on improving HR processes
- Assist in the implementation of the Performance Review Procedure (PDR)
- Participate in annual budgeting process and monthly forecast
- Facilitate the employee development process
- Monitor legal regulations and implement changes as necessary
