Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for all positions at Sadat City (existing and new factory).

  • Coordinate mass hiring plans in alignment with the 2026 AOP and business needs.

  • Manage onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires to ensure smooth transition and engagement.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Act as the primary HR contact for all employees at the site, addressing employee queries and issues promptly.

  • Support employee engagement, communication, and recognition initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and code of conduct.

3. HR Administration and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and documentation.

  • Ensure all HR processes and documentation comply with local labor regulations and company standards.

  • Coordinate with external authorities and service providers when required (labor office, insurance, etc.).

4. Training and Development

  • Coordinate training plans and skill development programs for all functions at the site.

  • Track and report training completion and effectiveness in collaboration with the Egypt HR team.

5. Performance Management and Reporting

  • Support line managers in implementing performance review cycles and feedback processes.

  • Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and site-level dashboards for review with the Senior HR Manager.

6. Site HR Representation

  • Serve as the HR representative for the Sadat City Fiber operations, ensuring daily presence and visibility.

  • Provide HR advice and support to line managers and supervisors.

  • Collaborate closely with the Egypt Senior HR Manager to align on HR strategies, priorities, and escalations.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and site-level HR operations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
