The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Supervisor to drive talent development, strengthen our employer brand, and serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to business units. This role will play a key role in nurturing a high-performance culture, enhancing employee experience, and positioning the company as an employer of choice in a competitive talent market.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Development
- Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs aligned with business goals and employee growth needs.
- Lead initiatives such as learning paths, leadership development, career progression frameworks, and performance coaching.
- Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and future competency needs across teams.
- Monitor learning outcomes, impact metrics, and continuously improve learning effectiveness.
- Employer Branding
- Develop and execute the company’s employer branding strategy across digital, social, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and recruitment to create compelling content that showcases company culture, EVP (employee value proposition), and success stories.
- Manage external platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, job boards) to ensure consistent and authentic employer representation.
- Organize or participate in talent marketing events such as job fairs, tech meetups, and university engagements.
- HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned departments or business units, supporting workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational design.
- Work closely with managers on talent decisions (hiring, promotions, succession planning, etc.).
- Support employee relations, performance management, and team effectiveness strategies.
- Use people data and insights to guide decision-making and improve team performance and morale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with proven focus in talent development, employer branding, or HRBP roles.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling organizations (tech, fintech, startup environment preferred).
- Familiarity with HR tech tools (ATS, engagement platforms) and analytics.
