✅ Total Rewards Administration: Oversee end-to-end management of statutory and discretionary benefits — including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, 13th-month pay, COLA, performance bonuses, and emerging offerings (e.g., flexible benefits, wellness stipends).

✅ HRIS & Data Governance: Maintain clean, auditable C&B data in HRIS; generate dashboards (e.g., compa-ratio, turnover cost, benefit utilization) to inform leadership decisions.Qualifications & Competencies:✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Finance, Economics, or related field; CHRP/PHRi/CIPM certification strongly preferred
✔️ Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years focused specifically on Compensation & Benefits in the Philippines
✔️ Proven expertise in Philippine labor law (e.g., Wage Rationalization Act), tax treatment of benefits (BIR Revenue Regulations), and statutory requirements (SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG contribution ceilings, reporting)
✔️ Strong analytical skills: Experience using Excel (pivot tables, formulas), HRIS reporting modules, and interpreting compensation survey data
