Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. This position is an office-based position, with the eligibility to be hybrid at the discretion of the manager
Pay Rate: $23 - $25 hourly 
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related questions, providing timely, accurate information and escalating complex issues when appropriate.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires by following established processes and timelines, ensuring all pre-employment requirements for internal and external customers are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Lead and/or support weekly New Hire Orientation sessions, delivering consistent information on company policies, culture, and values.
  • Enter, update, and maintain employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Process and maintain HR transactions, including new hires, personal change requests and time‑and‑labor system maintenance. 
  • Conduct scheduled data quality audits and resolve discrepancies by applying predefined correction processes; escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, including I‑9 forms and E‑Verify documentation, in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Assist with compliance activities by completing assigned tasks in alignment with company policies and timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support HR initiatives and contribute to organizational objectives.

Requirements: 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Strong sense of urgency in both action and communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Preferences: 
  • Prior experience in an HR, onboarding, or shared services environment.
  • Working knowledge of federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience using Paylocity.
  • Experience using Fieldglass or other vendor management systems.

Physical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
