What you will do
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment for China & APAC
- Contribute to recruitment projects, including campus programs
- Initiate and join recruitment promotion activities
- Gather talent market insights and further develop recruitment channels
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high‑quality services
- Take part in broader HR initiatives and projects, with opportunities to contribute your own ideas
Who you are
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or above
- You have 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- You communicate effectively, with proficiency in both Chinese and English
- You are driven by process improvement, quality, and efficiency
- You are agile, proactive, and capable of handling diverse tasks
- You are proficient in MS Office and have strong analytical skills
