Responsibilities:
• Entering and updating data in the Workday system.
• Collaborating with an external payroll service provider to deliver data for employee payments.
• Tracking employee working hours and supporting the Management Team in this area.
• Managing civil law contracts: preparing contracts and data for the external payroll provider.
• Managing and overseeing employee referrals to Occupational Medicine, including arranging initial, periodic, and psychometric tests for new and existing employees, and monitoring deadlines.
• Maintaining personnel documentation related to the establishment, course, and termination of employment.
• Preparing training records for employees and overseeing the training system for direct production employees.
• Participating in recruitment processes – direct recruitment.
• Preparing documents related to the legalization of employment for foreign workers.
• Ongoing communication with employees using internal communication systems.
• Supporting corporate events and projects.
• Creating reports and summaries for the needs of the Board, Management Team, and audits.
Requirements:
• Higher education.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in direct recruitment is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment legalization regulations is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of labor law.
• English language skills at least at B1 level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independence and good time management skills.
