Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team, focusing on driving strategic
HR initiatives and optimizing employee engagement. This role requires a seasoned professional who can
collaborate effectively with our business leaders and bring substantial experience in SAP SuccessFactors to
support key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:• Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that
align with organizational goals.• Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.
SuccessFactors Management:• Lead and manage HR operations using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring optimal use of the platform
across core modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Employee Central, Compensation).• Drive the implementation of new features or modules, ensuring data integrity and seamless
integration with existing HR systems.
Employee Engagement & Experience:• Champion employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for enhancing employee satisfaction and
engagement.
Performance & Compensation Management:• Oversee the performance appraisal process, setting objectives, monitoring progress, and providing
guidance to managers.• Collaborate on compensation benchmarking and structure, aligning rewards with performance and
ensuring equity.
Learning & Development:• Partner with L&D to implement effective training programs, support career development, and ensure
skills development aligns with business needs.• Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning.
HR Policy & Compliance:• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.• Act as a trusted advisor on sensitive employee relations matters, upholding fairness and consistency.• POSH certified, with experience in handling POSH cases.
Talent Acquisition Experience:• A couple of years of experience in Talent Acquisition is a plus, with proven skills in recruitment
strategy, employer branding, and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications• Experience: 8-10 years in an HRBP role or equivalent, with demonstrated success in partnering with
senior leadership in large organizations, preferably in an IT company.• Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors across core HR functions. Proficiency in Excel
and data analysis tools is preferred.• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with a collaborative approach and the ability to influence
stakeholders at all levels.• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively, particularly in salary negotiations with
candidates.• Bridging Skills: Ability to act as a bridge between Finance, Admin, Travel, and Talent Acquisition
functions, ensuring alignment and effective communication.• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to addressing HR challenges, with a track record of innovative
solutions.
