Job Description
General responsibilities:
Be the point of entry for any employee who requires assistance on HR matters or have HR related grievances.
Plan and execute roll-out of global /regional HR Projects.
Initiate the hiring, termination and HR related all processes HR Information Systems.
Make sure job descriptions for all employees are completed and filled.
Follow-up HR metrics, prepares ad-hoc reports & presentations when necessary.
Support recruitment processes such as interviews, onboarding, orientation.
Support local HR guidelines and policy and procedures in line with Turkish labor law and Global management.
Take an active role in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Career Management, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment processes.
Drive monthly provisions and daily Health, Life and Private Pension process.
Drive various communications such as welcome announcements, promotions and organization announcements.
Handle critical personnel and company information with the highest degree of discretion to ensure integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
University Degree in business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related faculties.
Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources function in the international companies.
Good MS Office applications knowledge especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Preferably have experience in Success Factors.
