Position Overview 

Supports recruitment and staffing operations by reviewing applicant materials, maintaining HR systems, and assisting with hiring actions. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the recruitment lifecycle in support of workforce staffing objectives. 

Scope of Work Oversight 

  • Recruitment and staffing support services  
  • Application review and qualification verification  
  • HR systems management and data tracking  
  • Reporting, compliance, and workflow support 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Review applications and supporting documentation  
  • Maintain and update HR systems  
  • Support onboarding and hiring actions  
  • Respond to applicant inquiries  
  • Assist with reporting and tracking 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)  
  • 2+ years of administrative or HR support experience  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard HR/administrative systems  
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills  
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment 

Work Environment 

  • Primarily on-site, with presence required to meet mission and operational needs 
  • Telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis depending on business requirements 
  • High-volume, fast-paced environment supporting critical federal hiring operations and national security missions
