We're not looking for someone who processes payroll and calls it a day. We want someone who's genuinely curious about how compensation and benefits actually affect people's lives, at work and beyond, and who's eager to help make that experience better for every employee. If you care about clean energy and want to grow into a C&B specialist who understands both the numbers and the people behind them, we'd love to hear from you.
