Job Description- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including tracking attendance and evaluating outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Participate in employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Language skills: German (native), English (fluent).
