Job Description for the position shall entail the following:
- Program Delivery: Support the delivery of global learning programs across virtual and in-person formats, ensuring engaging and well-structured learning experiences.
- Training Needs Analysis: Support data collection and feedback processes through surveys, stakeholder inputs, and learner feedback to identify capability development needs.
- Program Coordination: Manage program logistics including scheduling sessions, participant registrations, communications, venue arrangements, and preparation of training materials.
- Learning Governance & Reporting: Assist with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to track program progress and learning metrics.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external learning vendors and maintain documentation related to consultants, content providers, and training partners.
- Process Compliance: Ensure learning programs and processes align with global policies, standards, and internal guidelines.
- Experience / Education: Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree (4 year)
- 2-4 years of related HR / L&D experience (or advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience)
- Experience supporting delivery of virtual and in-person learning programs
- Experience with training needs analysis and data collection (surveys, stakeholder feedback)
- Experience managing program logistics, scheduling, participant registration, and training materials
