This HR Specialist, Employee Capability role will be responsible for enabling and deploying internal programs and processes with focus on inclusion and diversity within our global Work(place) Forward framework centered around our internal workforce.
Principal Accountabilities

  • Supports the service delivery of programs and initiatives related to Work(place) Forward, including: training & development, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Administers processes and supports internal and external stakeholders with relevant resource tools, training, and communication materials
  • Acts as a central point of contact for Work(place) Forward related questions or requests and maintain all program collateral
  • Coordinates work, projects, and communications; prepares agendas, high quality reports, presentations and other materials for key stakeholders
  • Assists in measuring results by creating reports, analyzing data and preparing presentations
  • Understands technology for process administration, facilitation, and communication including key platforms powered by: Workday, ServiceNow, and Perceptyx
    • Administers employee listening strategy and related reporting capability via Perceptyx platform
    • Responds and actions inquiries via My Connect case management platform - powered by ServiceNow.
    • Develop and coordinate the collection of content for the internal People and Culture site; assess and implement delivery best practices
    • Partners with HR Technology to surface, test and troubleshoot technical integrations, enhancements, projects, and routine maintenance.
  • Develops SOPs and participates in the ongoing review and improvement of programs
  • May liaise with external stakeholders or vendors
  • Additional duties as assigned; aligned with business, department, and/or development needs.


What we are looking for

  • Ability to flex work hours to accommodate global time-zones
  • 2-4 years of Human Resources related experience.
  • Excellent organization skills and a self-starter who is comfortable working in both independent and collaborative team environments
  • Experience working in positions that are employee facing
  • Good listener and excellent communicator
  • Fluent in English
  • Critical thinking skills and analytical skills
  • Tech Savvy - Excited about technology. Proficient in Office tools.

Work Arrangement: • Hybrid: 3days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$25,425.00 - $34,833.33 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
