Manage regional HR operations across CEE, including candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, offboarding, payroll and system access coordination. Maintain Workday data quality, support performance, merit review, succession planning, and learning initiatives. Contribute to HR projects, monthly HR and Health & Safety reporting, and regional HR activities while ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.

What You Can Expect:
- Manage candidate screening and first interviews, support hiring managers with shortlisting, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Design, standardize, and execute onboarding and offboarding processes across the CEE region in close cooperation with Accounting and IT, ensuring smooth payroll setup and system access.
- Maintain high-quality HR data in Workday, support data clean-up and reporting accuracy, and act as a key HR systems user.
- Support Merit Review, Performance Review, and Succession Planning processes, and proactively develop Learning & Development initiatives based on identified capability gaps.
- Actively participate in new HR projects, manage monthly HR and Health & Safety (RAST) reporting, and support ad hoc regional HR operations and initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
- High attention to detail and structured working style.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, any additional language is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
