The Position

Organon is seeking a dynamic and strategic global process owner to join the HR Services organization.  This newly created Senior Leadership role is responsible, in collaborative partnership with multiple business functions, for the end-to-end definition, standardization, optimization and governance of HR services processes globally, and will be seen as a credible force, helping to drive significant change across a rapidly evolving HR organization. This role serves as the single point of accountability for decisions pertaining to HR process scope, documentation, performance metrics, control, continuous improvement, investments, and change management. This role will be accountable for the efficient and effective design of HR processes, in alignment with Organon's strategic and operational priorities, and ensure the delivery organization is positioned for execution success.

Responsibilities

•    Alignment with Strategy – Lead the creation of a pathway to an improved future state that is consistent with Organon's Strategy, HR & GBS Operating Models, and aligned with Organon's finance strategic objectives
•    Stakeholder Engagement- collaborate with senior HR, IT, GBS and other key stakeholders to understand needs, gather input, communicate changes and performance, and ensure smooth implementation and simple, frictionless interaction. Actively participate as required on stakeholder Leadership Teams
•    Technology Enablement - explore available technologies relevant to HR process. In collaboration with HR teams, Set technology standard for HR process and work closely with Information Technology (IT) to leverage technology to progressively transform process efficiency and effectiveness. 
•    Strategic Program Management - Lead strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects across HR Services teams and the rest of the HR function to enhance service efficiency and innovation, to include the ongoing transformation Employee Services, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration, HR Systems & HR Analytics areas.
•    Service Measurement - Establish and manage consistent operational metrics and key KPI’s to ensure HR service excellence across the portfolio.
•    Continuous Improvement - analyze process performance data and understand evolving business needs, identify areas for enhancement, and implement and embed changes to enhance efficiency and employee experience, reduce cost, and deliver better outcomes. Mentor and guide members of the community to embed continuous improvement into our ways of working, while fostering a culture of innovation and change.
•    HR Compliance - Act as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for HR service governance & compliance efforts (e.g. GDPR, SOX), ensuring compliance and best practices in service delivery.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills   

•    Proven experience (15+ years) in HR service management, HR transformation, or HR operations leadership roles.
•    Strong program management and process improvement expertise, with a focus on HR services.
•    Experience in the transformation of Total Rewards administration, to include a strong view of what “good” looks like.
•    Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and experience creating a culture of continuous improvement.
•    Experience leveraging AI tools to automate and simplify the delivery of HR Services.
•    Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage multiple complex programs in a global HR environment.
•    Strong stakeholder management, executive presence and communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
•    Experience with HR technology and digital transformation initiatives. Workday and Service Now experience a plus.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
