Our People experience is at the forefront of our thinking and to support this we’re continuously improving, whether that be by designing and implementing experience-led journeys, adding to our self-service capabilities or ensuring we’re providing the most accurate support and advice. • Provide meaningful HR metrics and insights to address business queries, for example on absence reporting, quarterly and annual people metrics

  • Ensure all team administration is handled in line with correct business processes and customer need; for example, develop and enhance work instructions to support efficient business operation, provide support to other HR teams to enable excellent service delivery across the Function, including Workday Team, ER, Resourcing, and Learning & Development
